Elixir Jewelry ships handcrafted jewelry worldwide from Slovakia.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and handled with attention appropriate to fine jewelry.

Shipping times depend on the destination, type of product, and whether the item is ready-made or made to order.

2. Production Time

Ready-made jewelry

Ready-made items are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Custom & Made-to-Order jewelry

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for the customer.

• Production begins after payment is confirmed

• Production time varies depending on complexity and materials

• Estimated production time will be communicated individually

Shipping time begins only after the production process is completed.

3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Elixir Jewelry ships to the following regions:

Slovakia

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

European Union

Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days

Non-European Union (Rest of the World)

Estimated delivery time: 7–30 business days

All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.

4. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via reliable postal or courier services selected by the Seller depending on destination, order value, and security requirements.

Tracking information is provided when available.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

The Seller reserves the right to adjust shipping options if required for security or logistical reasons.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

• Customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT are not included in the product price or shipping cost

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer

• Elixir Jewelry has no control over customs procedures or fees

Refusal to pay customs charges does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

7. Delivery Delays

Elixir Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs clearance procedures

• postal or courier service disruptions

• force majeure events

Such delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation.

8. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Parcels

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If a parcel is returned due to:

• incorrect address

• failure to collect the shipment

• refusal of delivery

the buyer may be required to cover additional shipping costs for resending the order.

9. Risk & Responsibility

Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment.

If visible damage to the package is detected upon delivery, the buyer is advised to document it immediately and contact the carrier.
